How Long Do People Live With Cancer

is a question we all ask before choosing a Car: Diesel or petrol? Will I pay more compensation to spend less? "I'm going to repay? and much more.
coche Diesel o gasolina
The trend of recent years is leaning towards diesel as approximately 70% of cars sold in Spain are diesel engine. Most people have the impression that you are going to be more profitable and will quickly recoup the price difference. This is true in some models, but other than the petrol option is the best if not done high mileage, especially now that diesel exceeded the € 1.15 / l and is above of gasoline for the first time in history. To see it clearer let's put 3 examples in which a diesel engine has been selected for each model and his own version with similar power gasoline (according to the manufacturer Autopista.es):

Opel Astra GTC 1.8 16v Sport - Opel Astra GTC 1.9 CDTi/150 Sport:
Price Difference: 2,900 €
Difference consumption: 1.5 l/100 km
miles to be profitable: 167,600 km

BMW Series 3 330 Xi - BMW 3 Series 335d :
Price Difference: 3,800 €
consumer Difference: 1 l/100 km
Miles to be profitable: 330,400 km

Honda Civic 1.8 i-VTEC Type S - Honda Civic 2.2 i-CDTi Type S :
Price Difference: 2,000 €
Difference consumption: 1.4 l/100 km
miles to be profitable: 124,200 km

As you see, you have to do many miles so that the investment is profitable, so the answer to depend on both diesel and gasoline mileage expected as the model of choice.

Indeed, in Hoymotor have made an interesting reportage on this subject, I leave the link .

DGT and the highway code

Today we will discuss some cases inconsistent and absurdities of our beloved highway code, among them I found:

  • While driving, smoking, but you can not eat (about 100 fine €).
  • can park occupying 2 seats, but not less than 20 cm of another (fine of 120 €). Código de circulación
  • You can sanction for driving barefoot, but not lead to inappropriate footwear.
  • is forbidden to modify the car components that affect its dynamics, safety, etc. like putting wheels larger than those determined by the manufacturer, but if you can do if homologous (ie, paying a "plus" i practically without any proof).
  • is allowed to drive at 80 km / h per hour on the highway (resulting in constant danger) if you are a new driver, but you can not go without the "L" (fine of 150 €).
  • you must carry a spare set of lights on each car, but not required to know how to change (most people do not even know wearing them).
  • A police check will seek all legal paperwork (insurance, license, ITV, etc.). ... but rarely reviewed the tires have the minimum indications drawing and pressure correct.

After reading this and see the continuing efforts of the DGT to lower the number of deaths on the roads, what is more likely to generate an accident? A car on the highway traveling at 50 km / h less than the other or one without the "L"? "A car that has not paid the tax or ciculación with worn wheels and low pressure?
