Rocket Firing Rc Helicopter

La Fuga re-invented (Intolerencia-Cultura-29/02/08 Journal)

to my students momentary High José Sánchez Villaseñor. ---

Why
what to read?
-
Read in a country like Mexico is an act not recommended, useless. Starting with the high costs of those books whose issues are avoided: Chair, Alliance, Siruela, Anagram, Alfaguara, Era, Sixth floor, and some Metro collections. And to finish messing around in Mexico is seen as a strange beast to anyone who has the gall to read books. Of course do not count those known as "personal growth" and "best-seller ."
-
But why read in a country like Mexico? The first reason I feel like it may be the aim not to aspire to become a laughingstock national and Vicente Fox and other reading would be given powers unimaginable out of absolute ignorance and gives the man the ability to be heard. A governors, congressmen and other politicians benefit from having a people who do not read, because it will not be anyone with enough arguments to contradict and avoid foreclosure of each of their filth. So not surprising the very poor campaign "Fostering Reading" issued by the CONACULTA, here we have a clear example in the great white elephant that represents the "Mega-Vasconcelos library, which does not work completely and remains closed due to which opened with irregularities in its construction.
-
The act of reading is an exercise as Nabokov: "When we read a book for the first time, the operation of laboriously moving eyes from left to right, line after line, page after page, a complicated activity involving physical labor the book (...). " And so Nabokov suggests in his introduction, "Good readers and writers" to European literature course to be read and reread every book that we encounter to get to grips and understand the subject, find the space and time that develops the work and appreciate the artistry it deserves.
- Master Sergio
Lira Coronado died in recent days, which sad event I came to find out the column of the poet and friend Roberto Martinez Garcilazo, he said, according to Robert quoted in his column 14/02/2008: "Literature is more to life ". Wow that is plenty reason for that phrase. The literature provides the ability to live many lives and countries unknown, probably for the reader. Who reads plays at being another and think like one for a while, while the writer becomes a god, creating worlds and characters at will, and I dare say one way or another to his likeness and psychological, existential or physical.

Fondant Ballerina Shoes

La Fuga re-invented ( Intolerencia-Cultura-21/02/08 Journal)

My Friends and family for sharing these 23 years of my life. -----

Latin word ---
There are few books now make a comprehensive review of the situation in which Latin American literature is current as does America Word , a book of essays published under the seal out of Seix Barral English and supported by the Fundación José Manuel Lara, had its origin in the First American Writers' editorial that called for in Seville in late June 2003. The papers and writers present at the meeting were: Sevilla kills me and Myths of Cthulhu by Roberto Bolaño; Inheritance break and disappointment, by Jorge Franco; Notes (and some footnotes) for a theory of stigma may loose pages of diary of a young writer almost exclusively South American by Rodrigo Fresán; Reviews a reader, by Santiago Gamboa; Two models by Gonzalo Garcés; I do not want to read me as my ancestors by Fernando Iwasaki; centrifugal and centripetal forces, by Mario Mendoza and McOndo The Crack: two group experiences, by Ignacio Padilla; Latin American literature in the face of media saturation By Edmundo Paz Soldan; Blogsivela. Write early twenty-first century from the blogosphere by Cristina Rivera Garza, Andreas not sleep, by Iván Thays, The end of the Latin American narrative by Jorge Volpi.
-
The above writers show their position and concern of the past, present and future of literature. They talk about their immediate legacies such as the writers of the Boom : Gabriel García Márquez, Carlos Fuentes, Mario Vargas Llosa, etc., The Half Century generation: Sergio Pitol, Salvador Elizondo, etc. Defend, while criticizing the importance of the Internet these days; We greatly appreciate the creative and literary experiment and a great opportunity to get closer to readers through the invention of the blog. A light-hearted tone, playful, sometimes apocalyptic, but always nice and deep, and irony, mockery and black humor are presented as a position, a way to observe and comment on life.
-
This book has a special sentiment, as Roberto Bolaño died after the end of the meeting. Added to this is the participation, as a prologue by Guillermo Cabrera Infante Meeting in Sevilla, who also died not long ago. The young American writers who write are the most authoritative voices to speak of present and future of Latin American narrative, which as Fresán says, are closer to being and ex-young writers.

Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation Swatches

La Fuga re-invented (Intolerencia-Cultura-14/02/08 Journal)

on the remains of Porfirio Díaz
-
It is the centenary of the Mexican Revolution and with this comes a recent discussion of the likely return of the remains of the liberal and former president of Mexico: Porfirio Diaz, who appeared very detailed in Monday's edition of the year February 11 is happening in the cultural section of Milenio Diario.
-
De Diaz remembers his eternal dictatorship, and as a result of their constant ambition and, perhaps, his elitism, came the Revolution.
-
But they forget many of its successes. Transcribe one of those in that article: "Andrés Díaz Lira stresses that encouraged the teaching of history as part of citizenship, based on the public education program of Napoleon III, and promulgated the plan of the Mexican school statement by Justo Sierra 1911, inspired by a centralized view, considering that our country was very sparse, but with a huge framework of tolerance. "
-
Another achievement was that Puebla, an April 25, 1863 loses its state of French, to be recovered by Porfirio Díaz. Similarly, the triumphant entry of Juarez Federal District, is due to the battles that the Liberal army was beating the French, led by Diaz. Modern Mexico can not be understood without Díaz: the impulse to rail, the import of some aspects of French culture in diverse fields such as architecture, a clear example is in the Palacio de Bellas Artes. And surely, building the image of Juarez is so crucial because Diaz, because he was who ordered to build the famous "Juarez Chamber." The intellectuals who had worked at Diaz left us a legacy, and his absolute command, the indispensable encyclopedia of Mexico through centuries. Finally, from my perspective, it Díaz must also recognize their achievements and not just their mistakes. It is true that during his last years at the helm of Mexico emphasized poverty disproportionately, but if he had not opted to pay the foreign debt at that time, Mexico will surely be more screwed up than it is.
-
José Manuel Villalpando told Milenio Diario should not repatriate these remains in the hundredth anniversary of the Mexican Revolution, Diaz was responsible for it and a clear opposition to democracy. Perhaps you have a lot of reason, but I have a question: is not it ironic that go to celebrate the Bicentennial of Independence and the Centennial of the Mexican Revolution, framed by the government of a President who belongs to the party with more political and social closure, which comes from a process in which there is doubt about its legitimacy and little bit worse has militarized the country? I think this current government does not deserve to be part of such celebrations, but as surely they will, at least they should encourage the repatriation of the remains of Diaz for the simple fact of being a prominent Mexican for better or for worse. It's part of our history and not have to remain in soils that are not Mexican.

La Fuga re-invented (Intolerencia-Cultura-01/02/08 Journal)

Broca, the new option
-
In my hands I have what may be considered as the first issue of the journal officially Broca. is a project undertaken by the duo Dardón-Garay, faithful students Samperio Guillermo great storyteller, who previously directed by long time the only decent magazine produced by students, who had the "famous" Collhi: Lunch bare . The idea of \u200b\u200bthis new journal is not nothing away from the previous project, but it certainly has a much more ambitious design and better processing. This duo again reunites with Guillermo Carrera, Donaji Tejada, Victor H. Benítez, José Luis Fuchs and the poets are joined by Karen Rojas Alejandra Peart and Kauffmann, the storyteller Alejandro Badillo, to name a few. The magazine gives minifiction space, to test the review and the story.
-
texts appear in this issue Clela Fernando Sanchez, Alejandra Peart, Karen Rojas Kauffmann and consolidated and José Vicente Anaya, Heriberto Yepez, Juan Gerardo Sampedro.
-
Congratulations to this new project that goes to show that one of the few groups I got to know when you first enter the Collhi, former lunch are the most productive in terms of work in magazines. I hope and some small groups of the above contemporary Collhi learn something from them.
-
Speaking of magazines, new issue of the Journal of the University of Mexico has an article by Jorge Volpi: Guide to the Perfect atheist, which discusses the role being played by belief in God in the XXI century. It also has a tribute to the poet Ramón Xirau by Federico Reyes Heroles. The poet Verónica Volkow and our distinguished novelist poblano Pedro Angel Palou, write about Vicente Rojo. The stories are provided by William Samperio and René Avilés Fabila. It is worth bearing this new number.
- The magazine
Revuelta Where is it? I hope I will not disappear so grandiose project within these tumultuous and incomprehensible cuts are having the UDLA confirming that evil was not the last Chancellor who has had this institution.
-
It is the choice of Director at Faculty of Arts -BUAP, rumors and questions people as fever, among them are "forced us to change building, will it be true that under the guise of Minerva teachers will go to training and the University will put you in the mother of all students, delays?
- sounds strongly
Alejandro Palma's name for nomination to the Department of the Faculty. It is a very capable person, I just wish with all my heart away Ghost of Prof.. Carmen Romano cluttered and poorly produced both for students, at least directly.
